As the LG you can be encouraging your clubs to become familiar with Web Conferencing skills as appropriate for their environment. This will allow your Clubs to maintain their regular schedule of meetings, both regular Member meetings and their Board of Director meetings. (which are required by your By-Laws, usually 10 per year )
You might also plan to have your Club President interviews with Web Conference tool. This allow you do share a screen that might have an agenda, or a survey form, open while you are talking to them.

Google Meet is free (if you have a Google Suite Account). If you have a standard Gmail account you can use Google Hangout (similar but not as secure or complete)
In both cases, someone sets up the meeting and sends out an invitation, that includes a link to the meeting. In both cases, it is advisable to send the invitation using the calendar functions so that it appears on People's calendar they get to respond with a Yes, No, Maybe. BUT you just send it out as a email.
